This is a demo of the ITIL Foundation Courseware used by the trainer and by the student in the Mentored Program. 

The Student Kit includes:

• Pre-study - about 15 PowerPoint and PDF references emailed by you, the partner, to your students

• Student Manual - Binder or Spiral bound  - contains presentation slides, sample exams, quick references, outlines, course program, student feedback form, qualification scheme, etc. - Co-branding within the APMG guidelines

• Trainer's material - PowerPoint presentation slides, instructor notes, hundreds for sample Foundation questions, several Intermediate scenarios for exam preparation, groups assignments, individual exercises - provided in PowerPoint format to preserve the animation and features

• Trainer Feedback Form - to continually improve our service to our trainer and the students
