Mountainview's On-site sessions are conducted at the customer's premises. The classes are instructed by only ITIL V3 Expert Certified Trainers. Yes, this includes the Foundation Level. Classroom requirements: Projector, flipcharts, markers, desks with a minimum 3 feet between the students for the exam
