Mentored eLearning Program

This is a blended self-study course with a ITIL Expert certified mentor.  One of our ITIL V3 Expert Trainers is appointed to you as your Mentor.  The Mentor is responsible for addressing yours questions and to ensure that you are prepared to successfully pass the Certification Exam using our evaluation tools.

The CBT Program is the same material that is used in the classroom session that the Trainer uses to teach the class.  You have access to all supplementary references that the trainer uses in the class.
