Trainer-led Mentored eLearning Program

This is a blended self-study course using classroom presentation material with an ITIL Expert certified Trainer.  One of our Trainers is assigned to you as your dedicated Mentor.  The Mentor is responsible for answering your questions and to ensure that you are prepared to successfully pass the Certification Exam using our preparation and evaluation tools.  The Mentored eLearning Program uses the same material that a Trainer uses to teach the classroom session.  In addition, you receive all of the detailed supplementary references that is provided to our trainers.  The student manual is a printable PDF instead of a hardcopy for future reference.
